At Smartway Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting fixtures aren't a perfect fit for your home, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the lighting fixture is in its original packaging with all mounting hardware and instructions included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
